When setting up your file for print, you must work with CMYK Color space. Most design software will allow you to do so. The following guide is for Photoshop, but it applies to most design software.
In Photoshop, Navigate to FILE>NEW
- Click PRINT
- Set file size with trim area.
- Set resolution (300 DPI)
- Set color mode (CMYK Color)
- Hit CREATE

- Offset printing uses CMYK while monitors use RGB.
